You may have pinched spine, pinched nerve or strained neck / shoulder muscles. try to tilt the head to the chin, back and side to hold up to constant 5-10 sec. deal with a pillow supporting the sacrum, with a hole should be to relieve pressure on the lumbar spine, or a gel pad also be done to strengthen the upper body.

sounds like a nerve. Ask someone to rub you with a BN, CK, try hot pack and moist, deep heat rub. Mine does sometimes, you just need your neck for a period of repetition of the same place, where does the tension in the neck there. I have probs with that too.

You have more practical orientation. You should also a physiotherapist, and perhaps help you with some stretching or something, it will improve.

The answer is a proper computer chair can be bought depending on the form, it can resolve the problem to be adjusted.
